The Wrk Action panel appears on the right side of your home screen and can be expanded or minimized by clicking the toggle.

Once maximized you can search for your desired Wrk Actions in the search box using key terms that pertain to your Wrkflow.

Additionally, you can search for a Wrk Action based on your business outcome. Search what you're looking for in a business outcome, such as "people insights", and you'll find Wrk Actions such as "Retrieve profile details”.
