As part of the configuration, users can customize what the body of the email looks like by using Wrk's Data Library;

The last thing to note is that the Email body field requires HTML for formatting.

To create line breaks in the email body (so that when you receive the email, all of the text doesn’t appear as a single paragraph), you can use the HTML code for a single line break, which is <br> as shown below.
