Who should use this: Your Microsoft 365 Global Administrator, Privileged Role Admin, Cloud Application Admin, or Application Admin
Why: Grants organization-wide consent so your users can connect and use Wrk’s Microsoft 365 integrations without individual prompts.

Steps (takes ~1 minute)

  1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 tenant you want to connect.

  2. Navigate to the link for the app you’re enabling (below).

  3. Review the requested permissions and select Accept (consent on behalf of your organization).

  4. This link will redirect to wrk.com. This means it worked.

  5. Team members will now need to go to the Wrk platform and create a Microsoft 365 connected account.

You don’t need a Wrk login to complete this.

Troubleshooting (quick)

  • User can’t sign in even after consent?
In Enterprise applications → [App] → Properties:

    • Enabled for users to sign in = Yes

    • User assignment required = No (or assign users/groups)

  • Not seeing the app in Enterprise applications?
Open the relevant link above again and accept; that creates the app (service principal) in your tenant.

Verification

  • Go to Azure AD → Enterprise applications → [App] → Permissions and confirm Granted shows Yes for each permission.

That’s it—once consent is granted, team members can connect these Microsoft apps in Wrk without further admin steps.
