The Wrkflow Designer is the tool we use to break down business processes into individual steps. Each step is then delegated to a Wrk Action.
9 steps needed to create a Wrkflow:
Open the Wrkflow Designer by selecting either of the buttons shown below.
Name your Wrkflow and save it accordingly.
The Wrk Action panel appears on the right side of the screen.
You can search for your desired Wrk Actions in the search box.
Drag and drop the Wrk Actions onto the canvas.
Connect the initialization card.
Drag the white dot from the initialization card and drop it in the new Wrk Action card you just added to the canvas.
Click on the Wrk Action card to select it. The Wrk Action configuration setting appears in the right panel.
Fill out all of the required fields to configure the Wrk Action.
Confirm your configuration.
NOTE: You must confirm your configuration. The values you wrote in the configuration fields will not be saved to the Wrk Action card unless you confirm them.
Keep adding Wrk Actions to your Wrkflow to complete the mapping of your process.
