You now have the ability to search “ready to use” Wrkflows within the Wrkflow Library.
The Wrkflow Library has pre-built Wrkflows for a variety of use case.
You can access the Wrkflow Library by clicking on the "Explore library" button located on the upper right near the "+ Wrkflow" button.
When you click on the "Explore library" you will be brought to the "Wrkflow Library" page.
You can search for Wrkflows within the Wrkflow Library by:
Department (e.g Human Resources, Customer Succes &Support, etc)
Industry (e.g S10 I2 Real Estate Management & Development, S11 I1 Electric Utilities Industry, S11 I2 Gas Utilities Industry, etc)
Process Type (e.g Account Reconciliation,Accounts Invoicing,Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,etc)
Application (e.g Accesswire, Amazon, Apollo, etc)
Once you have found the desired Wrkflow, click on "Launch Wrkflow".
Once you select the desired Wrkflow, please click on "Launch Wrkflow".
By clicking on "Launch Wrkflow", you will be routed to the Wrkflow Details page.
By clicking the "Launch Wrkflow Run", you will be brought to the "Launch New Run"
The Launch New Run page is where you will be able to configure the parameters so that you can run your Wrkflow. You will need to enter the necessary information in order for the Wrkflow to correctly execute.
Once you have filled out the required information, you may start the Wrkflow by clicking on the "Run" button located on the lower right.

Can I modify the Wrkflows once they are downloaded/added to my Account?
Yes, you have ownership of that specific Wrkflow. The changes, you apply to the Wrkflow in your account will not affect the template in the Wrkflow Library.
