Wrk continually upgrades the functionality and performance of our Wrk Actions. In most cases, these happen behind the scenes and require no actions on the user side. However in some cases, the Wrk Action updates will require you to swap out Wrk Actions in existing Wrkflows.

A pink frame means that the Wrk Action is expired and needs to be replaced. This is not relevant when building a new Wrkflow, but could appear if you are editing an old Wrkflow with expired Wrk Actions, such as the Wrkflow below.

To solve this issue, search for the Wrk Action in the side panel. For this example, you may search for "Send Email", "Send", or "Email".

Once found, use the updated Wrk Action. Expired Wrk Actions will not show up in the side panel.
