When cost are incurred?

Cost are only incurred when a Wrk Action has produced a result or performed a task successfully. A Wrk Action will only be activated when a Wrkflow contains those Wrk Actions and have been launched. There is no charges to access the Wrk Platform, designing Wrkflows or using any features other than launching Wrkflows.

How much does it cost to launch a Wrkflow?

Wrk Platform uses a fair and consumption based pricing and the total cost of a launch will depend on the composition of the Wrkflow in question. Below are the main factors that will influence the cost of a Wrkflow launch:

  • The Wrk Actions that are used in the Wrkflow.

  • The number of tasks performed or result produced by each Wrk Action.

  • The set priority of the launch.

The unit price for each Wrk Action in displayed at the bottom right of the Wrk Action card. In this case, the Wrk Action "Fill in an element on a website" cost 5 cents for every time it completes the tasks. If it is used many times or completes the tasks multiple times within the launch, the cost incurred will be 5 cents * the number of times it completed the task.

The Wrk Platform will not charge you if the Wrk Action did not manage to complete the task. In the example of the "Fill in an element on a website" Wrk Action - there will be no charge if the outcome is "Unsuccessful"

Many Wrk Actions in our library have a $0 cost. In those cases, there is no charge for using those Wrk Actions regardless of how many times they complete a task or produce results.

Wrk Actions that return data can often return more than 1 unit every time they are used. The unit price indicated applies to each unit that is produced by the Wrk Action.

In the example below, the Wrk Action "Retrieve lead contact details" can be used to search for all profiles matching certain criteria. Depending on the search criteria, the Wrk Action could return 0 or hundredth of results. Each result produced is considered as a unit and will be charged accordingly.

Those Wrk Actions often comes with configuration that allows you to limit the number of results to avoid unforeseen cost.

Additionally, Wrk Actions that produce many units will cause subsequent Wrk Actions to be executed for each result. In the example above, the Wrk Action "Search contacts in HubSpot" will execute for each result produced by "Retrieve lead contact details". This is an execution behavior called 'divide' that allows the Wrk Platform to process tasks fast by parallelizing the process. Click here to learn more about 'divide'.

My launch is completed, how do I know the exact charge?

When your launch is completed, you will receive an email with the exact charge. It may take a few minutes after the launch has completed for you to receive the email.

Note you will still be charged for incomplete launches or launches that have been paused midway. You will only be charged for the Wrk Actions that have completed tasks or produced results. You may not receive an email receipt for incomplete or paused launches, but they will appear in your invoices as normal usage.

I have setup a payment method, will I still be able to use the free credits?

Free credits are applied to any cost incurred first before any of your paid credits are used.

When will I receive an invoice?

Invoices are sent on the 1st and the 16th of the month and will cover any charges incurred for the previous period.

Below is an example of an invoice.

You will receive one invoice per Wrkflow that combines all the launches for the Wrkflow. The invoice will only show the Wrk Actions that have completed a task or produced result. Any credit applied will be indicated in the invoice after the subtotal. Your charges indicated in the invoice will be automatically applied to your payment method, you do not need to take any further action when you receive an invoice.

Note that the invoice will round the number to 2 decimal places for each line item. For example, a Wrk Action that cost $0.005 and produced 259 units with a total charge of $1.295 will be rounded to $1.30
